Thai Plaza started in 2010 as a physical shop in Gimli, Manitoba. Since that we have grown to include online shopping as one of our services.
Below you can find some general information about our shipping policies.
Domestic Shipping To Canada
Currently Thai Plaza is only shipping to Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping is provided by Canada Post, and time estimations are purely estimates based on the information that we are provided. We can not guarantee shipping times, and delays caused by the courier are completely out of our control.

International Shipping
Currently Thai Plaza offers shipping to the USA. Any other countries outside of Canada and USA are not covered by our shipping policies at this time. There is no estimation as to when we will offer shipping outside of these countries.
Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping Options are provided as a courtesy to our valued shoppers. The prices that are reflected in the checkout are live quotes provided from Canada Post. We do not control the prices of shipping. In the case that shipping costs are quoted at a higher rate than what is actually paid to Canada Post, you will be contacted and a refund will be issued to you for the difference. Refunds for shipping amounts will be processed through the payment method in which you used.
How to Order
In a few simple steps, you can get your order processed.
- Navigate to the items you wish to purchase
- Click the “Add To Cart” button on the page of the item you want to purchase.
- Click on the “Shopping Bag” icon on the top right of the screen.
- Click on the “Checkout” button
- Fill in your billing/shipping information, and choose your payment method.
- Agree to the terms and conditions, and click on “Place Order” button
- Get excited for your purchase to come in the email!
